Teresa has a passion for helping clients reconnect to their true Self. She believes that every person is resilient, capable, and whole, and she is committed to walking alongside clients as they reclaim their inner wisdom and strength. With a focus on helping clients move through anxiety, depression, grief, and life changes, Teresa helps clients process their inner world—creating a life where they feel more whole, authentic, and deeply connected to themselves and the world around them.
Teresa is open to serving clients of all identities and holds special interest in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, relationships, disordered eating, and behavioral addictions. Her goal is to support them through self-discovery, inner parts work and integration, and nervous system regulation. Whether clients are working through challenges of attachment, identity development, or the effects of trauma, Teresa provides a safe space for clients to move toward self-acceptance and emotional balance.
With a holistic, relational approach, Teresa is dedicated to holding and nurturing each client’s potential as they move toward their own sense of wholeness and well-being. Her approach blends trauma-informed practices, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, and therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), offering clients tools for emotional regulation, self-compassion, and deep healing.

As a transracial and transnational adoptee, Teresa brings a unique understanding of the complexities of identity and belonging. She believes that true healing comes from understanding, embracing, and integrating all parts of oneself. In addition to her clinical expertise, Teresa is a certified Thai Massage therapist, soccer player, and an expert mountain biker. She believes in the power of nature and the mind-body connection, and seeks to incorporate movement, breathwork, and ecotherapy to support clients’ emotional well-being.
Teresa works with children, adolescents, and adults, and is available both in-person and via telehealth.
