THERAPY SESSIONS

More information regarding how sessions are structured, fees, and policies.

SESSIONS & FEES:

Therapy sessions are based on a 50-55 minute hour. How frequently sessions occur is determined by your needs, schedule, and desired outcome. EMDR sessions can be up to 90 minutes. We are in-network with Premera, First Choice Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Lifewise, and Regence. Because each insurance plan varies, we recommend that you confirm benefits and in-network status prior to your first appointment.

Initial evaluation (intake) sessions are typically 60-minutes at a rate of $170 if paying cash or using out-of-network benefits.

Individual psychotherapy sessions are typically 50-55 minutes at a rate of $150 if paying cash or using out-of-network benefits.

Couple and family sessions are typically 50-55 minutes at a rate of $150 if paying cash or using out-of-network benefits. Please check with your insurance provider regrading coverage for couple and family sessions (CPT code 90847). ​

Cancellation Policy:

There is no charge for appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours notice. A $150 fee will be charged for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, barring medical emergency.
