LORE ASCHOFF
M.A. Candidate, Couple & Family Therapy | Snoqualmie Office
they/them
Lore’s therapeutic orientation is trauma-informed, collaborative, and rooted in family systems theory, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems, and somatic therapy.
Lore especially enjoys working with couples, families, and children ages 6-17. They create safe containers for clients to explore their behaviors and needs and deepen their connections. They are also well-versed in alternative relationship styles, such as polyamory and consensual non-monogamy, and welcome clients who identify as such or are curious.

As a socio-culturally attuned therapist, Lore values the role culture plays in their clients’ lives and acknowledges the social systems of oppression that impact so many. Lore’s style of therapy is client-led and heartful. They identify as an advocate for their clients, not just a therapist!

Having gained their BA in dance from Western Washington University, and after years as a working artist, Lore went on to become a trained Death Doula. They are passionate about helping communities navigate end-of-life planning and care, as well as processing and holding personal and collective grief. Lore is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Couple & Family Therapy from Antioch University New England.
