Lore’s therapeutic orientation is trauma-informed and rooted in internal family systems, collaborative therapy, attachment theory, and somatic therapy. Ivy Beck, LMHCA Insight Mental Health Group

Ivy is an empathetic, curious, humorous, and personable counselor. She tailors her approach to your needs and believes that one size does not fit all. She is interested in interpersonal neurobiology and helps clients understand why they feel and behave the way they do and how to change or accept what is not working for them.

Chris’s passion for working with these specific issues stems from his personal journey of facing similar challenges. Having experienced profound healing through his own therapy, he hopes to offer the same supportive and compassionate presence to his clients.

With a background in Biology and a Ph.D. in Oncology, Concetta brings an innovative and evidence-based neuroscience-informed approach to therapy. She combines her research expertise in chronic disorders and stress with her specialization in Medical MFT. She helps both clients and their families navigate the unique challenges that come with health concerns or reproductive difficulties.

Julie meets her clients with compassion, non-judgment and an invitation to share their unique, inner life. As a clinical social worker, Julie supports her clients in moving toward ease amidst life’s struggles. Working together may include uncovering resilience, exploring the emotional experience, and strengthening relationships.

Gabrielle Gelfand, M.A. Candidate

Gabrielle is passionate about supporting individuals whose experiences may challenge societal norms—for example, those with neurodivergent minds, such as ADHD, or people within the LGBTQ+ community. She integrates somatic modalities, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) into her practice to help clients address emotional and mental health challenges.

Daesoleil is a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate who strives to create a supportive, authentic, and challenging environment for her clients. Daesoleil believes that individuals are shaped by their families, society, and experiences. She aims to help her clients gain insight into their emotional experience and use that insight to improve their relationships. Daesoleil has spent the last several years working with children, teens, and their families.

Gary's therapeutic approach combines logical problem-solving skills from many years as a professional project-engineer, with compassionate counseling. Gary's counseling skills were enhanced by years of lay counseling, training, and teaching in his church. Gary has been providing professional counseling for over 10 years now. Gary's empathy for helping others work through their life-challenges has always been a personal priority.

Elizabeth's goal is to help support you in the process of achieving your goals by using your strengths, listening to what you want, offering a roadmap, and teaching you useful tools to get there. Elizabeth's implements post-modern therapy techniques and draws from Collaborative therapy, Solution Focused therapy and Narrative therapy. Krupali approaches therapy with deep respect for human resilience and capacity for change. She believes that every individual does their best given their circumstances and works collaboratively with clients to discover and leverage their inherent strengths. Lindsey has a person-centered orientation to therapy, creating a warm, supportive space where clients feel truly heard and understood. Her approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and the belief that clients already hold the tools to create meaningful change—she helps in exploring and uncovering these tools. Lindsey has a special passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals (such as ADHD or ASD) as they navigate their unique strengths and challenges, whether it's building executive functioning skills or embracing their identities with confidence.

Amaria Means (she/her) is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate with a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University. Amaria has a passion for helping individuals and believes that therapy is a space of release and serves as a great mode of personal growth and development. Her therapeutic approach centers on the ideas of self-discovery, client autonomy, and working with the whole client.
